This is very much in the realm of natural wine - fermented with native yeasts in amphora, further aged in amphora and bottled without filtration. So it does have a slightly hazy appearance and pale gold/orange colour. The nose shows subtle tea, herbs, orange peel and apricot pit. It is medium weight, dry, quite intensely flavoured and somewhat grapefruity bitter on the finish, with some tannin in play. Excellent length.
